Can anyone suggest a really neat place for my husband and I to stay in Bruges on a Friday and Saturday night, in Sept? We will be traveling by train. Do you think we need to make reservations? Thanks

setola b&b we stayed there for 4 nights this past april and really enjoyed it, lut serves a great breakfast, you can check out the reviews on trip advisor :):)

Absoluut Verhulst is a wonderful place as well. We stayed there in July. Wonderful hosts and amazing breakfast in beautiful courtyard. Easy walk to the center of town.

and yes you need to make reservations, probably a month ago. September, popular, weekends very popular. I'd get on the phone now. (I know, I know, its the 21st Century and they use email now...)

I second Absoluut Verhulst. We stayed there 3 years ago for 2 nights and fell in love with the town, our temporary home, and of course, Benno and Frieda. They are the best B&B hosts we have ever experienced. We are going back in November and spending 5 nights in the same room we had the last time.
