We will be traveling from the Oberwart area west to pick up the Grossglockner Road from the south. We realize it is a very long drive. Looking for any suggestions as to where to spend the night somewhere in between. Thanks in advance for any help!

Barb: I sure hope you will be visiting Riegersburg while you are in that area. One of my favourite castles.....I would suggest Klagenfurt, Villach or even Lienz all lovely cities/towns. You will enjoy the drive if it's a nice day. We were staying in the Zillertal and did an all day circling drive around that whole area. Just lovely!
