Just wondering if anyone know of any good restaurants in paris. say 25-30 euro plate. Just looking for good food only. we went to some of Ricks picks but like cafe constant it was empty. WE went to buy picnic supplies and some of the stuff we tried was unlike to our north american taste.

You're in the most exciting gastronomic city in the world and you want to satisfy your North American tastes? Really? Google "G20 Supermarche" or "Franprix" and you should get a list/map of these "western" style food markets in Paris. They carry many "North American" products at a fair price. Many even have shopping carts. We use the Socalis G20 on rue George Bernard Shaw in the 15th arrd....love it!
