It might depend on who they foist you over to, but most of the rental places are on the street that heads east perpendicular to the station - - maybe a hundred yards?

Auto Europe is a consolidator. Do you know which rental company you'll be using? When we rented through Auto Europe several years ago, Europcar was the rental company. Their offices are right IN the train station, about 2 minutes, if that, from the train platforms.
