I have already paid for a Berlin Pass which includes the Pergamon Museum but do I also have to make a time reservation? Also, besides the Reichstag, are there any other popular attractions in Berlin that require a reservation?

The Neues Museum and Fernsehtrum are other places that you should book a time slot in advance (beyond the other two you mentioned).
