Passion Play

we will be in Germany and France for the month of September and would like to attend the Passion Play in Oberammergau. Can we get tickets and accomodations the day we arrive instead of purchasing a package now?

I'm sure everything except a few overpriced packages are long ago sold out. But you can buy the book.
