I need my Francophiles! I have to get from Paris Gare Lyon to Paris St-Lazare; is it possible to do this in 50 minutes, and if so, what would be the fastest way? I have a second transfer a few days later, from Paris Bercy to Paris Montparnasse in one hour. Possible, and if so, what's the fastest way? Thanks, Zoe.
Zoe -- you're lucky, the 14 is superfast. But you still have to get down to its level and back up again at the other station, and then find your way through the station to your platform.
The #14 line will get you there in a matter of minutes. The #6 line goes from Bercy Metro station to Montparnasse quickly as well, but not sure of the walk from Bercy Rail to Bercy Metro. will check. You can use the route planner at:

200 meter walk BR to BM.
Thanks, everyone. My sprinting days are over, I guess I'll plan on the later train for that trip.
www.parisbytrain.com is a useful blog.
Thanks, I'll check the blog and keep a backup plan in mind.
Good app, if you're able to use one, is Paris metro. Has few quirks, but all in all pretty good. Does not use data.
