We are flying into Paris CDG (early morning) and will be traveling the same day to Nice. What is the best/fastest way to go? I have found an inexpensive flight from Orly into Nice that leaves a few hours after our arrival at CDG. Should we take a taxi or RER to Orly? Or alternatively is there a TGV straight into Nice?

Yes there is a TGV direct to Nice. Check their website. You can take a cab to Orly from CDG. Depending on traffic, you can expect to reach Orly in 1hr 15 min to 1hr 45 min--or longer. Price for taxi would be about 70+ euro. Check into shuttle services and see if any offer airport to airport transport. Parishuttle is one service. Check their website. Hope this helps.

easyJet has a flight from CDG to Nice departing at 08:20.
You can take a TGV leaving CDG at 08:21, change in Aix-en-Provence, and arrive in Nice at 15:23.
If you go from CDG to Orly, you can take Air France coach #3 for 16€. Coaches run every 30 minutes.
