Paris to Giverny and Normandy

We will be driving from Orly Airport in Paris to Giverny arriving about 2pm. Then we drive to Bayeux for 3 nights. We want to see Omaha Beach and WWII museums and Honfleur. We have 2 and one half days to do that. Is that enough time.?

I just answered a similar question in which you had a different route. What do you want to do?

I want to drive from Paris to Geverny for the afternoon and then continue on to Bayeux. We will have 2 days there to see Omaha Beach, WWII museums, Honfleur. Is that enough time? Do we also have time for Mt. St. Michele?

Ed gave good route advice (as usual) in reply to your other post, hopefully you read it. Also, viamichelin.com gives driving times and suggested routes.

No. The last admission at Giverny is at 5:30. If you land at two, you can't get your car moving until close to four. Giverny is an hour and a half away with perfect traffic you'll be fighting the worst that time of day. Honfluer is an hour and a half from Giverny. Bayeux is another hour and a half. If you're set on spending three nights in Bayeux, you'll be backtracking on both the Honfleur and MSN trips. Your only chance is a night in Honfleur, one in Bayeux, and one in MSM. If you do it in that order, you can't catch Giverny. If you do it in the reverse order, you can catch Giverny on the way back to Paris. Read my previous post to your previous question and it will make sense.

I highly recommend a guided tour of the landing beaches, monuments, cemetery, and museums to get the most out of your time.
