Any specific itinerary suggestions, such as which towns to spend the night in, places of interest hotels, restaurants in said towns, places to avoid, delays along the way, etc.? Koln and the Rhine, Berlin, and then on to Copenhagen would be one option. (Have France, Germany, Denmark Sweden railpass, thus not going to Belgium on this trip.) Thanks.
