Does anyone have a good way to get from Paris to Beauvais airport? I have a 9:15am flight and am told I must leave at 6:15am.

That sounds about right. A bus leaves from Porte Maillot (downtown Paris) for Beauvais 3 hours prior to your flight. You will also have to find your way from your hotel to Porte Maillot before 6:15.

Porte Maillot is not in central Paris; it is way out on the west side of town a stop past Charles de Gaulle Etoile. A metro line (one) will take you to a stop near the bus you need.
