I'm travelling to Normandy to do one of the WWII tours of the area and I need to find an easy and (hopefully) reasonably priced train ride there. Any advice is much appreciated!

The standard 2nd class fare is €34.30. If you book far enough in advance (up to three months allowed) at www.tgv-europe.com, you can get a Prem's fare as low as €15.00. To keep the site in English and to avoid being bumped to the Rail Europe site which doesn't offer discount fares, choose Great Britain as your country of residence. If you get a Prem's fare, print the ticket yourself. For any other fare choose to pick up your ticket at a French station.
