Is it feasible to make a transfer between Paris St. Lazare and Paris Gare Lyon in 46 minutes? My train from Bayeux is scheduled to arrive at Paris St. Lazare at 9:00AM, and my train to Arles is schedule to leave from Paris Gare Lyon at 9:46AM. Is this insanity?
You shouldn't have any problems if your arrival is on time. The metro line 14 (direction Olympiades), which begins at St. Lazare, runs directly to Gare de Lyon, with the run taking about 8 minutes. Add 5 minutes each to walk to and from the metro stations, probably a maximum 5 minute wait for a metro train (if you just happen to miss one), and you should be OK.
