paris restaurants in the 6th and 14th arrondissments

I am looking for restaurants that provide good value for the money in the 6th and 14th arrondissments.A coworker told me about La Ferrandaise,Cote Beramonte,Parnasse 138,Millesime 62,and Restaurant Polidor.Dose anyone know these and have other suggestions.Thanks Michael
