Any suggestions on how to celebrate the Ne Year in Paris?
Also, I would like to stay at a very cute hotel that is centrally located.

My favorite "cute" hotel in Paris is Hotel des Deux-Iles on Ile Saint Louis (http://www.deuxiles-paris-hotel.com/)--it's a great location but not the budget hotel that it once was. I've been in Paris on New Years Eve but opted for a quiet dinner at a nice restaurant rather than going to the Eiffel Tower or Champs Elysees where it can be very crowded!
