Remember the recent discussions about sitting at outdoor cafes in winter, warmed by the glow of those giant radiant natural gas heaters? Well, maybe not for long. Interesting but I can see their point. Anyway, I've never quite understood the point of sitting in a heavy jacket behind obscure plastic with a heater nearby and still being cold just to say I'm sitting on the sidewalk.
