Paris on Easter

I plan to be in Paris on Easter Sunday -- this will be my first trip to Europe and I plan to pack very light. I would like to attend mass at either Notre Dame or Sacre Cour. I have 2 questions -- does anyone have recommendations for which would be the better choice for a holiday mass? Also, would it be appropriate to wear black slacks and top/jacket to an Easter mass in Paris? thank you.

Don't know about the question you ask. But we arrived in Paris on Easter and were thrilled that the Louvre was open!
