We're taking the kids to Disneyland Paris for a daytrip (Mon., May 19). We'll be departing from the 7th (close to La Tour Mauborg Metro station). I was told I could then exit at the Opera Station and pick up the RER right there. Our Carte Orange Metro cards will have expired by this day. There are 6 of us, 3 Adults, my 3 kids 20, 18, 12.
Here's my questions: What tickets do I need to buy; most economical way (carnet?)? Do I need seperate tickets for both the Metro and the RER (or will one ticket take me the whole way)? Do I wait until I get there to buy these? If so, can I buy them a week ahead? When I look at the interactive Metro map, Opera doesn't connect to the RER A line, but Auber does- are these two stations connected somehow or do I need another transfer? Do I need to "stamp" the RER tickets before getting on the train, how?
Disneyland- We want to go to both parks for the day. Should I wait to buy tickets there or are there deals if I buy early? Where do I buy tickets?
