Paris Metro's pass for two weeks

Can I purchase a Navigo Semaine pass for two weeks? I'm not sure from looking at the RAPT.fr site. According to them, central Paris is €19.05 per week ( +, I'm assuming, 5 euros for the card). So can I pay for two weeks when I get the card or do I need to come back at the end of the first week and add the second week to the card? I'm assuming I do not need 2 cards. Does anyone know what the actual dimensions the photo should be? Can I just print out a copy of my passport photo or other photo on regular paper if I scan it into my computer? I don't have photo paper. Can I get this pass at any Metro station? I know that the carnet of 10 tickets, which I've used in the past is a good deal, but I thought this might facilitate getting on and off various buses and trains since we will be in Paris for two weeks of Mondays to Sundays plus a couple of days on each end.
sorry for the multiple postings, I have just deleted the others.

I'm pretty sure you will need to recharge the card for a second week. According to the RATP site, the recommended dimensions for the photo are 25x30mm (1x1.2 inches). I think any type of paper will be acceptable.

I think you'll have to buy it again at the end of the second week, but it's the kind of thing it's worth asking at the ticket office.

You buy the pass and then you have to put it together. There are instructions. You attach your photo and write your name (as it appears on other photo ID) and then you put it in its hard plastic case. The card is forever - at least until they replace it with something else, someday. You need a photo that is small enough for the space on the card - 1.25" high and 1" wide. I used a photocopier to reduce a passport photo and that worked fine - color printer with regular copier paper. The larger metro stations all sell them - not sure about the smaller ones. After you have the card put together, you go back and buy a week. You can ask when you get it if you can buy two weeks. I think maybe not. But you can easily add a week at any metro station on Sunday evening - better than waiting until Monday morning. You should probably plan to get the card the Sunday before - just because there won't be long lines at the metro stations. Then you'll be ready to go first thing Monday morning. I loved using it, didn't have to keep track of the little tickets. At many stations, there are pass-only lines, which saves time in rush hour. Also, you don't have to take it out of your purse - if that's where you are keeping it. You'll see all the women just passing their handbags over the machine readers.

Thanks Philip, Tim and Chani. I will print out and reduce my passport photo. It's really great to know that I can put out my question, whatever it is and have it answered by people like yourselves. Thank you.
