Paris Maternal Infant Protection Program

I'll be in Paris for two weeks mid May. I've rented an apartment in Monmartre. Aside from the typical tourist sites I am very eager to roam around neighborhoods and absorb the culture. I am also interested in how the maternal infant programs work in France, specifically the nurses who make home visits. If anyone has ideas on how or who I might contact in Paris to get first hand information on the day to day practice I'd love to hear about it. (I'm a Public Health Nurse working with maternal child programs).
Thank you. Concetta

Have you looked in the Culture Shock books? I don't know if there is one for France, but these books have information about living in different countries and so might have this information. Is this NPR program on what you're looking for? Maybe some names that are mentioned could be googled. Pam
