Paris; L'Hotel Particulier Rue Cremieux? Neighborhood?

Has anyone stayed here before? I'm going to be in Paris for 3 evenings in July and the reviews seem good but there aren't very many of them. Wondering if any of you can give me any insight. It's located near the the Seine and the Jardin des Plantes. Is it a good area to stay for a upper 20's couple?
