We have an early morning flight out of CDG on April and are looking for a decent hotel near CDG Airport. There are 6 of us: my wife and I, 3 teenage girls and my mother-in-law. Any suggestions? Thanks.

The ETAP on the airport has rooms at sixty bucks a night. The Formule1 next door has them for fourty-five. Sleeping arrangements for both are identical: a single bunk crossways above the headboard of a lower double. F1 has a sink in the room, the rest (self-cleaning and spotless) down the hall in banks. ETAP is self-contained. Sounds like three rooms to me and your wife's mom will finally get away from the rest of the mob for once. Both are part of the Accor chains and both are served by the same shuttle bus to the terminal which loops constantly - - maybe every twenty minutes. Anything else on the airport will cost a heck of a lot more. Not all just off the airport have a shuttle.

We have stayed at the Novotel at the airport. Also an Accor brand hotel. We were able to get a cheaper, non-refundable, rate on the Internet. The rooms were nice, clean and modern. We had a room for two. I don't know what the sleeping arrangements might be for larger rooms for more people.
