Paris hotels in Latin Quarter

Anyone have a suggestion for a hotel under 150 e in Latin Quarter. I have a reservation at Hotel Cluny Sorbonne, but am reconsidering because of some negative reviews. It is only 98 euros. We will be staying 8 nights - a long time in a hotel where sleep may be elusive due to thin walls.
Thanks!

Last year we stayed at the Hotel Home Latin and would happily stay there again. It is located on a side street so it is quiet and last September it was 113 Euros. The breakfast seemed a bit pricey until we tried it and found that it offered a whole lot more than what we had been getting at a local boulangerie. I would pass this thought along regarding 'some' negative reviews, most places we have stayed at have had some negative reviews. When you look at most places that are what I consider to be affordable, the reviews seem to run from the Taj Mahal to the Black Hole of Calcutta. I have always looked at the majority of the reviews and passed over the negative outliers because there are some people who just would not be happy even if you hung them with a new rope. Have a great trip.

You should take a look at Hotel Des College located near the Cluny. It gets great reviews and should fit your budget.

Did you consider an apartment rental? They are very reasonable. Try VRBO to see what you come up with.

Check out Hotel Manerva, a three-star hotel, and Hotel-Familia, a two star next door.
Lousy spelling: I meant "Minerve" not "Manerva."

We stayed at the Hotel des Grandes Ecoles, http://www.hotel-grandes-ecoles.com/, several years ago and liked it very much. Current rates are 120-150 euros depending on season. Breakfast is extra and probably not worth it, we ate at the nearby cafe. Quiet, good location near two Metros and the Mouffetard market street.

We also stayed at the Hotel Minerve and found it very adequate. The elevator was problematic, but stairs not that bad.
