Will be in Pais end of June and then end of July, does anyone know of any hotels near the Rue Cler area that are under or around 100 euros a night?

I know serveral nice hotels in good areas at or under 100 euros per night. They however are not on Rue Cler,, does it really matter?

Hotel Royal Phare around the corner from rue Cler and about 20 steps to the metro entrance. it's just what we were looking for.

I've stayed here many times. I think it is important to request a street-side room. The rooms in the back are very small and not nearly as nice. It's a pedestrian street so you do not have traffic noise issues.
