The Castex Hotel in Marais has triple rooms. Take a look at the reviews of the hotel on tripadvisor.com. It's a lovely hotel, near the metro and bus lines. The triple room might be a bit small though.

After a brief perusal on vrbo.com, there are several apts in different price ranges available; Be Sure and Note that some listings are in US$, and some in €! The nice thing about vrbo.com is that you can see immediately if the apt is available without having to wait for a response to your email. Since you're very short on time, that might be a consideration.
