Paris Hotel for Kathy

Kathy--it is most likely too early to book Hotel Champ du Mars for March. We experienced the same problem of no reply. At that time they were renovating some rooms and would not reserve until they knew how many rooms would be available. Also they may not have set the prices of rooms this far ahead. March is still some what of an off season so don't give up--just try again next month. We have been to Paris in March and it was cool but a very pleasant time to visit.

Kathy.. I did not see your original question on the helpline..just Susan's answer.
It is certainly not too early to book the Hotel Champ du Mars for March. We just stayed there in October and have been there 8-10 times. We would not stay anywhere else unless we were going in the heat of the summer. March is a lovely time in Paris ,although both March and April can be very cold. When we book the Champ du Mars we book about 10 months in advance. They could be full. As for renovations- they are renovating the reception area. I would get a room in the back- quieter and not on floor reception or1.I am sure Madame Gourdal or Mr Gourdal or Slim or someone will email you if you want a room there . Let me know if you have any other questions.

Before booking any hotel, consider what Vacation In Paris has to offer... The company is based in the USA; we suppose they are handling the Paris properties of Americans for the most part. We hear nothing but good reports. Clients have the keys to their rented Paris apartment before they leave home. See the prices and photos of apartments at the above web site. There's a toll free number to the USA office, where you will find a very helpful staff. Bon Voyage.. P.
