I'll try to keep this short (uncharacteristic for me). I will be in staying in Paris at the end of January for 2 days: 1. The days are Sunday and Monday. How much difficulty will I have visiting museums and other attractions, and shops and restaurants that might be closed? 2. Are red hop-on and off buses or green ones (L'Open...)better? Not sure if it wold be for a short tour, or one during the day and one at night. 3. Will a Seine River cruise be good at end of January? do they have any in closed boats? Is a combined Seine cruise and Paris by night (for the lighted sites) tour recommended?
