There are actually dozens, but if you want reliability and predictibility, try the Ibis (pronounced E bee)site. Look in and around the 14 district (arrondissment to the French) especially gares Bercy and de Lyon, or, the lower priced Etape chain. All are Accor hotels, but use the Ibis, Etape, or higher priced Mecure and Novetel sites rather than the Accor site. You'll seet the specials that way. Gare Austerlitze is on the border between the 5th adn 13th,, I would stay in the 5th.
