paris company ok?

looking to rent an apartment from "paris visit services". anybody use them before and are they ok. going to wire 1/2 the rent to them.

I would not send money to a perfect stranger,, no way no how. I suggest you go and pose this same question on tripadvisor.com Paris forums,, since you have receivced no direct reply on this site. If you don't find many good replies on this "company" there I would skip using it completely. I personally have never heard of this company mentioned, there are several though you often hear about,, and seem to be reliable. Since I personally have not rented an apartment I won't list them though. Wiring cash is risky,, be very very careful,, check them out carefully, and make sure those who respond to your question have more then one post to their count( on this or any other site you use) . You could also go and ask on Frommers and Fodors travel boards. The more feedback the better. Best luck.
