Is there any way to get from Paris to Orly airport for a 7am flight on public transportation? I have priced shuttle service at 40euros, would love to pay less if possible. the metro does not seem to run early enough. We will be staying near the odeon metro stop. Thanks to all who reply. Linda

I looked at the parisbytrain.com website and there is a timetable there of buses, etc., to Orly from Paris. There is a night bus (Noctilien) No. 31 which runs hourly from Gare de Lyon to Orly, last bus 5:00 am, journey is 60 minutes. Costs 6 or so euro. Frankly, I would just take a taxi and be done with it. Hang the expense.

I checked the Air France bus and the first one of the day gets to te Gare Montparnasse, the stop closest to Odeon, too late. Norma is absolutely correct that this is one of those times you just have to take a taxi.
