Where do you get tickets for the city bus (#69 in particular)? I couldn't seem to find it in Rick's book.
Thanks

Metro tix and passes are used on the buses. Buy these at Tabacco shops or Metro stations.
If you were planning to buy a ten-ticket carnet for the Metro & RER at any Metro or RER station, just use those tickets for the bus. Tickets from carnets allow for bus transfers up to 90 minutes after boarding the first bus. Tickets bought from a bus driver are not good for transfers.
Or you can purchase as you board the bus itself. I do recommend you have correct change - or nearly - 10 euros won't go over well for a 1.60 ticket.
If you have any of the Carte Orange, Paris Visite or Navigo Decouverte passes these are also valid on the bus.
Always buy your ticket in advance at a Tobacco Shop (they are easy to find) so you won't have to fumble for change when boarding the bus.
You should also buy as many as you will need so you don't have to find another shop later.
