I will be arriving at Charles De Gaulle and have about a 16 hour layover before leaving. Does anyone know if this airport has shower facilities someplace? I have found them before in layovers in Germany, but can find no information on this airport online. I would like to grab a shower if possible after an overnight flight. Thanks for any guidance!!

Apparently, no, there are no such facilities at CDG. Depending on what time of day you arrive, I suppose you could rent a "day room" at an Ibis Hotel at the airport for a shower & a snooze.

This might be a stretch, especially if you're flying in economy class, but some airlines have dayrooms and showers in their airport lounges. The lounges are typically reserved for business & first class customers, but check with your airline. Perhaps you can pay a use fee and grab a shower? I'm not familiar with any of these facilities at CDG, and this is just a thought, but it might be worth an inquiry.
Update: I just learned that there is a new Star Alliance lounge at CDG with showers, so you might want to check on the possibility of paying a day use fee there.

If you have a platinum american express card you may already have access to these lounges for no additional fee. If you do not you may be able to get into the ones at Air France for moderate fee. I would call their 800 number and ask for details to be sure.
