Paris Cafe

We have traveled to Europe for the last 6 years and have used Rick's travel guides as our Bibles. They are wonderful and have given us great experiences. My question reference is in the Paris 2011 Guide Book on Page 464 regarding the Au Sauvignon Cafe address 20 rue de Sevres. In checking On-Line, I can only find a Au Sauvignon Wine bar at 80 rue de Severes. Could you verify that, indeed there is Au Sauvignon Cafe at 20 etc or are they one and the same? We will be in Paris again next April and plan on shopping in that area. We have planned the whole trip on Rick's guide book and have never been disappointed. David Erickson

This bistro is at the corner of r.d. Sevres and r.des Saints-Pères. Put the address "80 rue des Saints-Pères" into Google maps and you can see a picture. Very handy to the Metro Sevres-Babylone too.

So, Kim, is the Au Sauvignon wine bar still up to snuff? I remember it fondly from several visits in the late 1980's. It was a great place for Loire wines by the glass.

Thanks guys. Do they serve food there or just Wine and cheezy things?
