Can anyone suggest a good website for apt rental for 1 week - 2 seniors need comfortable bed and not many stairs. Montparrnasse are would be good but it doesn't have to be too central Other ideas?. Time: late March

I've used Vacation in Paris 3 times now and been very satisfied (I'm also a senior who doesn't like stairs). They're very responsive to emails and phone calls, the apartments are just as described/pictured on the Website, all costs are included (some sites give you a good-looking price and then add in tax/utilities/etc. which increases the cost a lot), and places are very clean. Check them out and bon voyage!

We exchanged our townhouse with a family who lived in an apartment in Neuily-sur-Seine (about 50 feet from the 16th Arrondisement of Paris). They were visiting a sister and wanted to stay in our city. We had a great time.

It was a large ground floor apartment in a very secure building across the street from the Jardin des Plantes (botanic garden). We paid 185 Euro/night for late September. In colder months the rate goes down to 125 Euro/night. A Metro/RER station and a McDonalds were just at the end of the block. This is located on a relatively quiet street on the edge of the Latin Quarter with the Paris Mosque at the other end of the street. Marie-Francoise will bring you coffee and fresh croissants every morning and make your beds when you leave for the day. She is incredibly friendly and helpful with loads of information and advice. She anticipates your every need. She used to be a lawyer and was once married to a diplomat in Africa. She is well traveled and very interesting to talk with.

We have stayed here for the past 4 years. We like the location and proximity to the Anvers Metro- 8 minute walk through a park and the Bus stop which is a 3 minute walk.
