Has anyone used this website for apartment rentals? Any feedback? I'm looking for 1 bedroom apartments close by Luxembourg Gardens in the 6th district.

Haven't heard of ParisAddress. You might check out vacationinparis.com. They are easy to work with and have some very nice apts.

Thanks for the feedback. Yes, I've heard and read a lot of postings about vacationinparis, but they don't have anything available in the spot I'm looking for. I wish they did to make my search easier.
Any other suggestions? much appreciated!

I have rented one in the 6th from Residences-Paris.com for March.
Can let you know after I'm back how it was, but so far the arrangements have been easy, price is good, and the owner very helpful.

We used www.only-apartments.com for our apartment in Prague and they worked really well. Got a really cheap flat on the Old Town square. They also rent out places in Paris, so I would definitely check them out.
