I'm planning a September trip to Paris and have been offered an apartment at a good price. The location is 5th Arr. Rue de Navarre across from the Lutece Arena. There are no traveler reviews so I am wondering about the location. If anyone knows the area, please let me know if it seems safe.

Good area. I wouldn't hesitate to stay in that area if I were offered an apartment.

DEEEE-lightful area, cute little street, and I believe you will be easy walking distance from the Cafe des Arts! Can't beat that. :-)
