Has anyone found an apartment in Paris that did not charge a short stay fee? We will be in Paris for just four nights and most of the apartments/rental agencies we've contacted have an additional fee (usually around $100-150)for staying less than five nights. Thanks.

Why not try an apartment hotel? The extra fees for short apartment stays cover the extra costs of cleaning up every two or three days rather than once a week. Plus there is always extra bother for the tenant, with security fees etc.
