Does anyone have any experiences and recommendations/tips for staying in one of the Paradores in Andalucia while visiting Granada, Seville, Hill towns etc. Thank you.

We stayed in several and were very pleased with each one. In Granada and Seville we stayed in small inns but in Nerja we stayed in the Paradore. It has an excellent location on a cliff above the beach with a lift to take you there. Be sure to try the paella.
At tripadvisor.com you can find traveler feedback about each location. If you stay at several (I think that it is six or perhaps it is a certain number of nights) you get a very substantial discount, also discounts for seniors.

We stayed at Parador Casa del Correigdor in Arcos de la Frontera. Wonderful little hill town and the hotel had incredible views of the valley below. It was very near Jerez where we also spent time. Love Andalucia!
