Oyster farms and shells in Brittany

This will be our first time in Brittany and I want to see an oyster farm and walk on the mud flats and find shells. We will have a couple days in Dinan and a few days in Quimper. Any recommendations??

Near Dinan, the easiest place to see an oyster farm in probably Cancale or, near Quimper, the Morbihan Gulf. For shells, try the tidal pools south of the neck on the Quiberon peninsula.
