Visiting Spain and Portugal in June and looking for opinions of overnight trains beetween Barcelona, Madrid and Lisbon. Thanks.

There is an overnight train between Madrid and Lisbon. It's as nice as any other. That's the only rail option between the two cities.
Madrid to Barcelona is about a 3-4 hour high-speed ride that is relaxing and comfy.
If just passing through Madrid, note you will have to change stations. Allow about 30 minutes total plus time to disembark and find your next train. The transfer is free with a valid rail ticket into Madrid.
