outside of Nuremberg

Familiar with Germany. Need a typical Gasthof out of town. Good restaurant, good bier (obviously), with access to transportation to Nuremberg. 1st week in Dec. Thanks. Frank

We will visit Bamberg in September. Everybody said a great beer there, and the city, small but very fine. 30 minutes by train from Nuremberg...
