Any suggestions on outdoor hikes or adventures for Spain in October?
Rick Steves talks about a teo to three hour river hike near Nerja; that is the kind of adventure we are looking for.
Day hikes? Canyons? Kayak? Boat trip?

We will be in Barcelona and Madrid, and the general southern area of Sevilla, Nerja, Granada, Cordova.
Also side trips from Barcelona.
