Oswald von Wolkenstein festival in Castelrotto

Has anyone been to this? I'm seeking specific guidance for parking/shuttle situations and the type of activities to expect on Sunday, June 5. Their website is www.ovwritt.com (German and Italian only) and I can't uncover any information about what I'm seeking. Apparently, 20,000 people descend on Castelrotto for this experience and it would be great to have some tips about it.

It is a horse festival in honor of Oscar von Wolkenstein. This is from one English-language website: "This traditional riding event takes place annually in honour of the great South Tyrolean knight and lyric poet, the Minnesinger Oswald von Wolkenstein. The Oswald von Wolkenstein equestrian event, a picturesque pageant of medieval horsemanship skills, is taking place on in the Alpe di Siusi/Seiser Alm holiday region on the high plateau beneath the Sciliar/Schlern mountain. The competitions conclude with a medieval awards festival at Presule/Prösels castle. Riders compete in teams of four in events testing medieval riding skills including negotiating a labyrinth, spearing rings with a banner at full gallop, negotiating hurdles – in places backwards - and slalom-like gates, always involving team work." According to the schedule on ovwritt.com, the festivities begin in Seis on 3 June, Friday evening. On Saturday there is a festival (Dorffest) in Seis, with opening ceremonies and blessing of the horses. The actual riding competition described above , with the 4 separate games, takes place on Sunday, 5 June, as follows: 9:30 "Ringstechen" (spearing rings) in Castelrotto 10:55 lLbyrinth at Matzbodele in Seis 12:30 Hindernisgalopp (backwards gallop) at Volser Weiher 14:15 Torritt (slalom through gates) at Schloss Prosels, followed by the awards ceremony. So the competition takes place at several places, not just Castelrotto. I am afraid I haven't jhelped with your question about parking and shuttles! I don't see that information on the website, but I didn't spend a lot of time looking. You might contact your lodging in the area for more specific information on how to attend.
