What are the options to get 2 adults and 2 kids from Beauvais airport to the CDG airport Hilton hotel On Monday March 24th at 21:00? It will be Easter monday late at night, is my only option to hire a car?

I think the various shuttle companies pick up at Beauvais, but with 4 people maybe a hired car would be cheaper.

There is a shuttle bus whose schedule is coordinated with all Ryanair arrivals and departures. See www.aeroportbeauvais.com/index.php?lang=eng. The bus goes directly to Opera in central Paris. If you arrive at Opera on time, take the Roissybus (8.60€) directly from there to CDG. The last bus departs at 23:00. If you arrive at Opera too late for the last Roissybus, take the RER A from Auber (close by Opera) to Chatelet Les Halles and the RER B from there to CDG. Fare: 8.20€. Be aware that the RER B line divides northeast of Paris. Be sure to get on a train that is going to CDG. Or simply take a taxi from Opera to CDG. (Less hassle with luggage than the RER.) A taxi will cost 50-60 euro (maybe a little more because of night rates).
