One day of sightseeing left in Riviera, opinions please.

We are in Vence and have one day left for sightseeing. We have gone to:

Ventimiglia, Menton, NIce (twice), Monaco, Pont du Gard, Arles, St. Paul de Vence.

We are considering either Eze or Villefranche-Sur-Mer for a short trip but keep hearing that they are mobbed on the weekend. Is there a nearby, seaside, charming place to go with less traffic/tourists? Or are these so amazing we just go and deal? Any other suggsetions welcome but I would rather not spend time driving on hairpin turns up a mountain anymore.

I loved Eze. I only needed a few hours to see it and it was so handy to take the bus from Nice there. I was there in mid May and on a weekday and it was fairly deserted. I don't know if I could have spent all day there, but a few hours was sufficient and well worth it. It is so cheap and easy to take the bus around the Riviera.
