Olympiahalle Concert

I am thinking about attending a concert at the Olympiahalle in June. My hotel is near Marienplatz. What are the best ways to return to the hotel after the show? Taxi? Will it be too much of a hassle?

I assume (yes, I know...) you refer to Munich? If so: the Olympic area (including the Olympiahalle) and Marienplatz are on the same subway line, less than ten stations apart.
