My bf and I decided to go back to Germany. We are going to do Munich,Innsbruck,Salzburg,Hallstatt and back to Munich. We want to some hiking and see a lot of mountains. Thanks for any suggestions. Any about this itinerary would be helpful. Thanks-Kim

Kim, if you are into mountains and hiking and Germany I would suggest going to the tirol area and going just over the border to Ruette Austria and hiking up to the Ehrenberg ruins. This was one of the highlights of our last trip. It's a really beautiful area and the ruins are fun to explore.
