Hi gang, I haven't seen this specific issue addressed other than generally. What off-line map apps do you prefer for your I-phone while travelling in Europe? (I have I-phone with Verizon, which doesn't work in Europe, although wi-fi works where available such as hotel or cafe. I make calls when I have to via Talkatone (Google). However, I would like to find a good map app that I can download and will work when I am offline and just sight-seeing. Honestly, I have found often found paper maps more useful, but maybe I'm not finding the best app. Thanks! Todd

For London, you can buy a London A-Z app, which my friend recently used and liked a lot.
Europe Offline Map by NNG Global Services may not be the best, but it's the cheapest (free). Make sure you have enough storage room for it; it takes 1.4 GB. https://itunes.apple.com/ee/app/europe-offline-map-directu/id404001877?mt=8
I use CityMaps2go. They have over 7000 maps you can download and use offline and they are interactive. Used them for driving through Spain.
