NW Spain and SW France-what to do?

Hi. We're going to Paris 4/8/13, then Madrid, Sevilla, Ronda and Granada 4/15-4/22. We're leaving Paris 5/3/13. Would love to see the Bilboa/San Sebastian area and most definitely the Dordogne from 4/22-5/2. How can it be done?
