Hi
I am trying to book a train ticket on the Bahn site and I can't seem to find the name of the central station in Nurnberg--I was told it is Nürnberg Hauptbahnhof. But that name is not on the scroll down list--any ideas?

That is strange, because I don't have any trouble getting "Nürnberg Hauptbahnhof" or "Nuernberg Hbf", or combinations thereof, to be recognized on www.Bahn.de or on the German Rail query page. However, RailEurope does not recognize umluats, eg, ü. Are you using the Bahn or RE?
Hi
I am using the Bahn...I will try again, thanks

Hi
I tried it and it worked. Thanks!

Bahn.de is a really powerful travel website, and for the most part it is pretty forgiving with name spelling. However, it has it's quirks. You just learn them as you go along. For instance, if you put in "Fussen", instead of "Füssen Bahnhof" or "Fuessen Bahnhof", you will never get there. Similarly, "St. Goar", with a '.', will get St. Goar. KD or St. Goar Rathaus, but not the Bahnhof. Use "St Goar". Also, "Rothenburg" is likely to get you a bus stop at Rothenburgstr. in some neighboring town. Use "Rothenburg ob der Tauber Bahnhof".
